Models

The Computational Hub of the Technological Department aims to coordinate the activities that require significant High Performances Computing and massive storage devices, currently it covers the following topics: Planetary Boundary-Layer Turbulence (LES and DNS); Meteorological global/mesoscale modeling and data assimilation; Regional Earth System Model (Waves-Ocean-Aerosol-Atmosphere); Earth System Models and subseasonal forecasts; Chemistry Transport Models (offline/online) and Lagragian dispersion modeling.
